Minecraft Coding 1
Coding is the language of the future. Many people think of coding as merely a technology skill, but game-based coding with the Minecraft Educational platform is a multifaceted STEAM skill. Designing and coding computer games brings your child’s creative storytelling to digital life. Kids will write plots, design characters, and code adventures in story-based digital games. Learning to code computer games will also challenge their logical thinking as they sequence the complicated “if-then” statements that control their game.
Coding 1 is a 6-week class. Coding 1 begins the week of November 4th and ends the week of December 16, 2019. Classes will not be held the week of Thanksgiving.
